As you might recall, we review our labour pricing annually. Our new pricing strategy is published in late November of each year and applies to support in the following year. This year is no exception, and the new pricing for 2025 has been published in the User Success Centre. If you have any questions about the pricing, or finding that information, please let us know.
This is a great opportunity to remind all customers that our three new service models will be mandatory for all customers for all support provided from 1st January 2025. We announced this way back in February of 2024 and I am delighted that a number of customers have already made the switch, bringing them a more predictable billing model.
For customers that have not yet made the switch, please either inspect the documentation in the User Success Centre to see which billing model you want to adopt, or make contact with is in the usual way so we can talk through what’s best for you. We’ll be in contact during the first week in December with our proposal if we don’t hear from you first.
